Portal is a desktop application that installs, authenticates and updates ProductionCrate plugins.
It also allows you to organize your VFX, Music and Graphics from our asset library.
Once Portal has been installed, log-in with the ProductionCrate account you used to purchase your Pro membership or Plugin.
All of our plugins are installed together to make it easier to update and manage.
Each update/installation is only approximately 200mb.
These request permission to install the plugins. For Windows, it will be a Command Prompt box. For Mac it will be a password request.
If you have just purchased a plan, click "Refresh" in Portal to update the status of your account. If you are still having issues, please ensure that you have logged into the same account you upgraded on the website.
When your plan status updates to say "Pro" or "Plugins-Plan", your desktop is ready to use the plugins. Simply click "Refresh License" in After Effects / Premiere Pro to continue.
